Peat Loaf (A tribute to Meat Loaf)

Peat Loaf is one of the UK’s longest running tributes with a killer show featuring all the Meat Loaf classics like Bat out of Hell, Paradise by the Dashboard Light and many more.
It all began in 1993 when Pete had a motorcycle accident and badly injured his back. He was virtually housebound for a while, put on a lot of weight and suffered from depression. As his health improved he started singing karaoke, in particular the Meat Loaf songs he loved, and people were constantly saying how much he looked and sounded like Meat Loaf. And the rest is history!
Peat Loaf was winner of the National Tribute Awards in 2013 and in 2014 reached the live semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent – the only tribute artist to do so.
Peat Loaf has also appeared in the award winning comedy series Benidorm, BBC Documentary Mock and Roll Dreams, The Trisha Show, The Hour, and Sky’s Celebrities Behaving Badly.
Peat Loaf has performed all over the world, including Hard Rock Cafes throughout the UK, tribute festivals such as Wannasee, Rock the Park and Rock the Lakes in the UK, all major venues in Benidorm, Silverstone Grand Prix, La Manga Resort in Spain, Juffair Hotel and Hotel Diva Manama in Bahrain.
